Hello Hello Hello!

I am back with another Novel Update! Last time I told you I wrote a prologue and I am still liking what I created, but now I have officially written a chapter! I may be getting a little too excited, but wouldn't you? I mean, it is amazing to have all of these ideas in your head then you get to put them into words and see the conversations and the action come to life on the page. The chapter I wrote is not the first chapter, it will probably be mid book. A lot of questions are answered in this chapter and I found that helpful to write because I had a lot of questions in my head.

Also I started establishing relationships and family ties in this section which was very important and will continue to be for the rest of the novel. From here I think I will start going back wards to lead up to this chapter. The characters mention a lot of action that happened previously so I will need to write about that.

I found it surprisingly useful to start in the middle. I didn't think I would be able to do that, but I have found that anytime I have an idea for it I just start writing and then arrange them later. That seems to be working for me so I shall continue to do that.

You have no idea how hard it is to just sit here and keep it all to myself! I want to share all of it and now! When I used to write short stories for like Wattpad I was able to publish it on the internet and it will all be good, but I can't with this and It's driving me insane, but hold tight because I am working on this diligently!
Hope you're all having a lovely day.

I will be back soon with more Book Info!

- Haley

  2. It's so interesting to read a bit of what goes behind writing a book. I really respect writers so much as I am sure it is a time-intensive job which involves lots of editing and fact checking let alone writing the actual story!

  4. It's so awesome that you're writing a novel! I started writing one this year, but I've been so busy these past couple of months that it kind of got pushed to the side. I also find it really interesting that the first chapter you wrote is going in the middle of the book - I'm not sure that I could do that, although I kind of want to give it a go now!
